Hurricane Laura rolled through through southeastern Arkansas as a tropical storm, but the 40-50 mph gusts were enough to flatten a lot of Matt's rice field.  Matt is joined by Kevin and Robb as they survey the damage and talk about the yield loss factors less than 24 hours after the storm came through.
