different trials I've done for nitrogen, 60 through 240 pounds of anhydrous. We raised 210 bushel corn with all of it in a dry year.

more. Now, the last few years, the sap testing, which has all led to this point. This is my brother-in-law, Chad Boersma.

He has zero nitrogen on his field, and we're about to stream bar a 25 gallon rate. There's going to be two different

rates of N in this. There's going to be 45 pounds, and the other rate is going to be 60. We're going to take sap tests throughout the year.

We're going to take soil tests throughout the year to see how much nitrogen is available in the nitrate form, in the ammonium form,

in the total organic N that's out there, that the nitrate and the ammonium are derived from. I feel that there's the opportunity

here, potentially we won't have to put any more nitrogen out based on our previous tests. I understand 45 to 60 pounds is not

much for what we're used to, but the soil we have here in western Iowa is very powerful, and we're learning that.

We've got a lot more to learn, and I'm very excited about this. So in this rate, in this 25 gallon mix, it's 32%

nitrogen at a 45-pound rate, and then again at a 60-pound rate. And the difference in the two rates is just going to be water.

We're going to maintain this 25 gallons of solution, though. We've also got Money Ball from Nature's.

The components of Money Ball help with nitrogen assimilation, the copper, the manganese, the different things that are in there.

We're also using Bio-Ag E from Calibrated Agronomy. We're using Backbone from Calibrated Agronomy, and then we've got Nitrasol in there, so for some available sulfur, again,

to help with nitrogen assimilation. We're starting to learn that we don't need all of that nitrogen all the time, but we do need to make sure that we're assimilating it.

So again, we're going to follow this throughout the year. In many ways, this is the biggest trial of my life.
