00:00 Hey guys, it's Temple Rose from Extreme Ag. So today we're out here, we're looking at the crops, we're kind of looking about what, what we did at planning. 00:08 That's kind of what I'm looking back at now. We put a little bit of fertility down in the, in the furrow, and we put out a tuba two, as we usually do. 00:15 We've made tremendous success in great leaps and bounds with that in the past. So we're looking at that still. 00:22 You know, we're out here, we're looking at root quality. We're looking at, you know, the amount 00:26 of brace roots we got, making sure the brace roots are where we want 'em at. We don't wanna see a lot of brace roots at the top, 00:32 but you know, the later on in the season, the more that the crop is starting to starve a little bit, sometimes you'll get a little more root brace roots that'll 00:40 kind of come out and it'll be searching for more and more fertility. So it's, it's kind of natural to see that. 00:46 We don't wanna see a lot of that, but we do see that one of the things that we do in furrow is, you know, 00:51 we put some efficiency products out there in the furrow to try to release and unlock that bond in the furrow of phosphorus. 00:59 Especially because in my environment, we can only put on so much phosphorus. So we try to make every ounce count. 01:04 So we need to unlock that bond first. So once that bond's unlocked, we've been using the last two years we've been trialing, 01:11 and I actually use it on a very good man in my acres this year from Nature's, it's called Riser Link. 01:15 Link PE and Riser. Link pe. It's a biological, and what it does is once that bond is, is cut loose, it allows the roots to go ahead 01:27 and keep it released and it keeps releasing phosphorus throughout the season. So, before we talked about how, you know, 01:34 and I'll just tell you what I use, I've, I've been using UltraCharge for years now. UltraCharge unlocks that bond and it works really well. 01:42 But now we're finding out that when we use, like we talk about these, these, you know, the synergy that things happen. 01:48 But one of the synergies that happens between Rise or Link PE and UltraCharge is when you use Nutri Charge and you un unlock that bond, we know 01:56 that phosphorus is gonna get locked back up. Rise Link PE helps that bond stay broken. So it's allowed us to put a few more bushels on. 02:06 So we're finding out a tremendous payback and being able to put that two more, you know, another thing in our Infer program, 02:14 it's really helped us out so far. So, you know, the trial results that we had last year were really tremendous. 02:20 We moved it on to a lot more acres this year. We've got a ton more trials coming up with Rise Link and UltraCharge and a bunch of other stuff in Furrow. 02:28 And what we're finding out is it's getting better and better and better. Our root, our root quality is better. 02:34 The whole entire system's better. We're getting more nutrition out of our soil, which in a year, like this year is a tremendous help 02:41 because this year we're having trouble. I mean, we're all gonna have trouble with, you know, paying back bills because we've got $4 corn sub $4 corn now. 02:52 So it's pretty tough. So we need to make every ounce count for the fertility and the bank that we already have out there. 02:58 I can't say it enough. We have legacy fertility out there. We need to get ahold of it.
