Temple Rhodes from XtremeAg introduces the Dura Products Multijet fast batch system, a new tool aimed at increasing trailer space and improving operational efficiency in the field. By consolidating multiple pumps, totes, and inductors into a single automated unit, this system simplifies product loading and mixing. The Multijet allows for precise, programmable batch inputs and direct injection into lines, eliminating the need to transfer products multiple times. It also features an inductor with a jug cutter and integrates seamlessly with existing clean rinse systems.

00:00:00 Hey guys, it's Temple from Extreme Ag. I got something new here I wanna show you today. So from Dura products that came out 00:00:06 with this fast bat batch system, um, multijet. So what it does is it creates, uh, in my opinion, creates more room on my trailer, because 00:00:14 before I used to have two inductors here, and then I'd have four or five totes, sometimes six totes on the trailer, all 00:00:21 with pumps all hooked up to, to electric through the trailer. Now I don't have any of that anymore. 00:00:27 Everything's right over here on one unit. The pumps are right here. All of the gauges are in here. It, it, it can even do it where you just want 00:00:36 to put in a certain amount. It's auto batch. You just go in there and you put in how many gallons of each product you wanna put in there. 00:00:42 And when you flip the switch, it's pumping directly into your line. You're not pumping, like 00:00:47 before, we were pumping into an inductor, so we'd put it into our inductor and then suck that out, then put another one 00:00:53 in there and then suck that out. Then another one sucked that out. So it was, it was a lot. We still have an inductor on here for still putting, 00:01:00 you know, when we wanna put in jugs or whatever. And this, this, this particular one, it's got a jug cutter in it. 00:01:06 So you just punch it down onto the jug cutter, hit your RIN system. It's hooked up to a clean RIN system 00:01:11 that's already on my trailer. So it was really easy to hook up. We set it on here where it's all about efficiency, you know, 00:01:18 getting to the field, getting the sprayer back out in the field, you know, and spending less time at the trailer 00:01:23 before we were spending 10, 15 minutes at the trailer, you know, putting things in there, mixing up a little bit of this, rinsing it out, you know, doing all that stuff. 00:01:32 And, and now we're not doing that anymore. It's just turn it on. You've already selected what you wanna put in there. 00:01:38 It directs, injects it right into the line, straight onto the, onto the sprayer or the planter, whatever you wanna do, 00:01:43 because you know, my planners, you know, we're mixing multiple different things, you know, when it comes to our, uh, infer program 00:01:50 and in my two by two program, but in my fur program especially, I can pre-program that in there. 00:01:55 It puts in the exact right amount, shoots it in there, and I'm done. This is gonna create a huge opportunity for me 00:02:01 to get back in the field and plant acres. It's all about efficiency this year because we can't cut that many corners this year, 61 00:02:07.305 --> 00:02:09.245
