00:00 Johnny ll Extreme Ag. I'm out here today with Chad Henderson. We've been running this John Deere combine this new S seven 00:05 800 and you know, we got to check out this new corn head. They got, they got a new CF 12 folding corn head by deer. 00:11 It's got a lot of neat features that I've never seen on a John Deer corn Head. You know, you, you come to look at it and it 00:14 just looks like a John Deere corn head. You know, it just looks the same way. And then you start walking around and look at it 00:18 and they got these shields on the outside of it and most time you, they're three position shields, you know, we just click 'em, click 'em, click 'em. 00:24 Well these got electric motor on the bottom and they're run from in the cab. That's cool. And then we got the integrated 00:28 roller on the inside of it. That's also cool. You turn it on and off from the cab, raise it up and down. 00:33 You get it on Alabama, I don't know how it is, Tennessee, if you get down Alabama, you know it's morning glory is 00:37 hanging over the outside row. You know, you gonna plop them in there. So I could definitely use this baby down in being able, 00:42 Being able to let this down, keep staff from causing any issues, keeping them to get out. I think that'd be a, a really good savings as far 00:48 as helping holding them ears in. And It's safety feature too. Yeah. Safety, not having to get 00:51 out cut and all this stuff. Yeah. You know another thing I noticed on this cord head here, every row has a sensor tells you when the slip clutch 00:57 on the row unit is slipping. Which one? You know? Yeah. And which one it tells you in the cab, you know, if it's row one or row 10, that's a big deal. 01:03 'cause what we ran into in the past is, especially at knock when we're running, especially in dry corn, you get 01:07 so much buildup you don't hear it until you turn on the end and you see the streak, the streak of shame where you look, 01:12 see the corn, where you laid it over with one end of The, so you kind of turned around forward, just kind of backfire it out with, 01:17 You could get out and look, see how bad you burned the clutch. But yeah, with this right here, 01:20 it gives you instant knowledge of how many RPM lanes are turning or if you have any type of issue. 01:25 Yeah, that's a cool feature. That's definitely a cool feature. So we've got to watch this corn head run today. 01:29 Looks like to me it's done a great job. I know my son Jackson was on it and he was Sure grinning from ear to ear, 01:33 so it ain't gonna do good for the farm. I may have to have one of these. Yeah. And it's, it's a true push button folding system. 01:38 So you got that aspect that they've had for a few years, but they figured out how to integrate 'em 01:42 and on the folding they got 'em lower profile. So going down the road, you're not taking up half your window. 01:46 They got 'em checked up where it's a lot lower profile. Yeah. Yeah. Good job deer. Good job. 01:50 We look forward to running these babies. Yeah.
