Temple Rhodes from XtremeAg walks us through how the FastBatch system from Dura Products works to quickly and easily load a sprayer. He shows how the automatic setup handles multiple products, controls the valves, rinses bottles, and pumps chemicals straight into the line—no inductor needed. The whole thing cuts sprayer load time down to under five minutes, making spray days a lot more efficient.

00:00:00 Guys, it's Temple from Extreme Ag. I'm gonna give you a demonstration here for a minute on this. 00:00:04 Dura Products fast batch. We're in the shed right now 'cause it's shower and rain out here, but we're getting 00:00:09 ready to fill up the sprayer. Let me show you how this automatic feature works. So this system, it's all plumbed right into my trailer 00:00:16 and we're running a bunch of different stuff. We're running some organics, some roundup, I've got Anthem Max on here, spray tech. 00:00:23 That's everything that we're running. So it's actually pretty neat. Like uh, you got your inductor on your system. 00:00:28 These systems are set up for automatic. All you gotta do is hit the automatic feature on this thing. You know, you turn your little power switch on, 00:00:36 takes a second for it here to come up, and then you press the auto button over here just one time and then it'll come up in a second. 00:00:44 Come on, maybe I didn't press it hard enough. I can't feel nothing with these fat fingers. Here we go, resetting. 00:00:50 And then you just choose your gallons up or down. You know, if you want to, you want to higher gallons, I need around 12 gallons. 00:00:57 And then you just hit your start button, it automatically comes on, starts pumping that chemical in. And if you look down here at these valves, this is the valve 00:01:05 that it's pumping through so it turns green right away. So you kind of keep an eye on it the whole time. Which one turns on off. 00:01:11 So like if you need to shut it off real quick or whatever. Or when it finishes pumping, then they turn back red again. 00:01:19 Another cool feature is, is this spike in here. So this spike that spray tag adjuvant that's in there, but we'll put in something else here. 00:01:27 Here's our insecticide. So this is nice. We don't have to open up tops anymore. I mean, unless you have to measure out a little bit more, 00:01:35 you just push it on there. It's down in there. Hit this little rinse here. You're rinsing out your bottle, your bottles come out, 00:01:42 completely rinsed out. There's nothing left in them. Shake 'em around a little bit, turn it off. She's done completely clean. 00:01:51 After you get done that, you know it's got another feature here. You got another valve over here where you can add water. 00:01:58 So I'm hooked up to a fresh water tank online. You can add water or if you gotta rinse out another bottle, whatever you have. 00:02:05 This as well. This feature saves a lot of time. The way that we see it running right now, we only spend about five minutes loading sprayers, 00:02:14 and it's the fastest that we've ever done. The whole GIX product that we're putting in. It goes in at 40 gallons per load, 00:02:20 and when we're putting in 40 gallons per load, and then we're putting in roundup, atrazine, all those things, you know, some of 'em are high gallons, 00:02:27 some of 'em aren't like the roundups only, you know, 12 to 14 gallons depending on what sprayer we're running through. 00:02:33 But the whole gang is going on between 30 and 40 gallons and still putting on that much chemistry, 00:02:39 pumping it directly into the line. See, we're not pumping it into the inductor anymore. We're pumping it directly into the line 00:02:46 and it's going right straight out onto the sprayer. When we do that, we can still load our sprayers in less than five minutes. 75 00:02:52.395 --> 00:02:55.125
